About Stephanie

Stephanie has been fortunate to gain extensive experience over the last sixteen years working with individuals, teams, and organizations in high tech, health care, military, global, corporate, non-profit, government, and volunteer settings. She is known for her approach in understanding and designing customized solutions that address her clients’ complex challenges. Her efforts have helped systems experiencing transition find ways to renew, unify, and bring their best forward. Stephanie lives in Gig Harbor, Washington, with her husband, Ross, and their pets.
